Registration fee includes a print copy of conference proceedings, Wednesday’s welcome drink, the conference dinner on Thursday evening, and standard coffee breaks and lunches during the conference.
Accompanying person registration includes a ticket for the welcome drink and the conference dinner on Thursday evening.
Cancellation policy. Registrations can be canceled with full refund (minus 40 euros of administration fees) until July 31st. No refund is possible after August 1st.
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Please see the accommodation guide for booking a room.
Please note that only credit/debit card transactions and bank transfers are accepted. Please note that payment by bank transfer will  be disabled after September 8 for administrative reasons.   The prices are fixed and to be paid in EUR.
